Alice Walton of the Walmart dynasty has settled on digs that are considerably more affordable than the $70 million penthouse she was previously rumored to be eyeing. The heiress purchased a $25 million co-op at Zeckendorf Realty’s 515 Park Avenue from the estate of Christopher H. Browne, which was behind the world’s most expensive home sale this year, the New York Post reported.
